I’ve been feeling slow, soft, and weepy. There’s a lot to share as always but today I come to you with a sincere emergent invitation. My virtual toloache: spirit sessions are now open for booking, and I would love to hold space with you if you feel called.
Named for the night-blooming flower that opens to the dark—these sessions are a luminous meeting between your present self and your becoming. Guided, talk-based change work that weaves together deep listening, somatic wisdom, spirit work, and trance techniques. You may come with confusion, longing, heartbreak, hope. You may come undone. I will meet you there. They’ve been especially powerful for those in transition, grief, or creative transformation.
Under the recent Taurus New Moon, I was visited once again by toloache / datura, the sacred dreamflower and my favorite flower. She asked me to reopen a container I had once closed in order to tend to my move to Germany. Her medicine reminds me that the thresholds we fear are often the very ones that bloom us and that sometimes, the only way to prepare for the unknown is to step right into it.

I will be in Madrid May 3th to May 8th as part of the Materia Afectiva group exhibition at Sala de Arte Joven organized by Carmen Lael-Hines and Roberto Majano.
I will be unveiling Milk No. 1 - the first in a series of pieces I am designing exploring the art of gooning and milking from an eco-techno-sensual perspective. If you are in Madrid please come and if you know any photographers or art writers, please connect me with them. This is my first physical work I am showing since my first Winter Show at NYU ITP, so this is a special moment for me!
With devotion,
Cy X
